LaunchSpec converts user-uploaded screen recordings into Apple App Store-compliant preview videos. The service re-encodes your video to meet Apple's published specifications for resolution, codec, frame rate, audio, and duration.
Each video conversion costs $4.99 USD, payable via Stripe at the time of download. No subscription is required. Prices may change with notice posted on this page.
Converted files are digital goods delivered immediately after payment. All sales are final. If you believe the output file does not meet Apple's published technical specifications (resolution, codec, frame rate, audio format, or duration), contact us with the file attached and we will verify. If we confirm a technical spec failure on our end, we will issue a full refund. Rejections by Apple for content, policy, or other non-technical reasons are not eligible for a refund.
Converted files are available for download immediately after payment. Download links are temporary and cannot be retrieved after you leave the page. It is your responsibility to save the file upon download.
You retain all rights to your uploaded videos and converted output. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to use that content. We do not claim any ownership or license over your files.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
While LaunchSpec outputs videos that meet Apple's published technical specifications, we cannot guarantee that Apple will accept your preview video. Apple may reject previews for content policy reasons unrelated to technical format.
LaunchSpec is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific conversion in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
